Colored etching.
Made by Pierre Mortier (1661-1711) in Amsterdam and it was taken from the 'Nouveau Theatre de l'Italie' pubblished in Amsterdam in 1704-1705 and then again in 1724 as an integration of Johannes Blaeu's project.
Mortier's piece is made of 4 volumes and includes Blaeu's plates that had beed restored and partially modified and integrated with the addiction of severals new maps of the Tuscan city and of the North pf Italy that were missing in Blaeu's ones.
It os in good conditions and displayed in frame.
