The expenses necessary for the shipment of goods are calculated on the actual volume of the objects and their destination.
Di Mano in Mano offers a choice between the major forwarders, inviting the customer to choose the one that suits the most his shipping address. You can check the minimum shipping in the cart, while the rest of the services can be viewed during the purchase confirmation stage.
The purchase of more objects does not give the possibility of receiving discounts on transport, because the company in charge of this service does not apply bulk rates but only on the exact volume.
The shipping cost includes packaging that will be made anyway.
Shipments are made only after we receive the payment. The time required for the crediting of a payment is not attributable to the delay of the shipment.
You carry out operations of payment of the purchase and shipping price, and we will endeavor to deliver the product packed in the forwarder as quickly as possible. Di Mano in Mano will operate to ensure that the products arrive in the best conditions, but cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from any delay occurred during transportation.
It’s useful to clarify that delivery of objects and antiques, modern furnishings and art requires a series of slow and delicate operations, therefore, in some cases, the delivery cannot be timely.
During the phase of the forwarder selection, will be indicated the shipping estimated time for the selected service.
Once an order is in the state in preparation it is no longer possible to change it (let alone changing address). Therefore we beseech the customer to indicate a delivery address where someone is always present (even at work, neighbor etc. ..), and a reachable phone number. In case of failure to deliver, the forwarder may contact you or leave a delivery note with the instructions to follow.

Track your shipment
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, even small objects. In this way the package is monitored by door to door and we can be sure that this is delivered with the utmost care. That is important to us. Precisely for this reason we send in the box and not in the envelope even the smallest objects.
The moment your package leaves the warehouse you will receive a tracking number, so you can always be informed about the delivery. This number will allow you to locate the package and see when it will be delivered to your house.
Are you not at home?
Should you not be at home, the forwarder will leave a notice.
During the day the forwarder will try to contact you by phone to arrange a new appointment for delivery.
If we do not receive further instructions, your order will be returned to the sender.
Within the EU there are no customs duties and products shipped include VAT (unless you send with invoices exempt for VAT registered).
For non-EU countries (and other locations such as the Canary Islands) the goods are sent free of VAT and may be subject to customs duties - import taxes - VAT of the destination country.
It’s not possible to estimate the duties, which will be borne by the customer. For more information, please consult the customs of your country.
