Right of Withdrawal
You are not satisfied of your order with Di Mano in Mano Soc. Coop.? Here are the instructions to effectuate your return.
This right is the right to return purchased goods to the seller and the resulting refund of the purchase price.
Right to Cancel: how to use it
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Di Mano in Mano Soc. Coop., Viale Espinasse 99, 20156 Milan (MI) - Italy, customerservice@dimanoinmano.nz, Phone number: +39 2 95 34 9193) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied,
- or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods,
- or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
How to use them
Make sure you have ready the following informations and promptly report them to Di Mano in Mano Soc. Coop.:
• Item number/s;
• Our delivery code;
• Bank details (IBAN and BIK CODE) on which you want the transfer to be made.
Send by post, fax or e-mail, a written and signed statement of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement summarizing all of the above information and requirements (including even the possible authorization to credit the amount in bank account held by a third), directing it to our office Di Mano in Mano Soc. Coop., Viale Espinasse 99, 20156 Milano (MI) Italy.

When you fill out a customs declaration form (CN22 and/or CN23) you must indicate "Returned goods - Failed sale" and attach them outside of the package.
Returns for items collected at the warehouse
The return process in the case of withdrawn products directly on site follows the same conditions for returns of items shipped by courier.
Insurance
In case of damage caused by the carrier, please contact us with confidence; we will intervene for you to get compensation in accordance with local laws.
Insurance Laws
Our modalities are the following:
1. Vector Delivery, we refund 1 euro per kg as per Law 450 on transport. Including the indicated costs of packaging and shipping, in case of damages we refund 1 euro per kg, according to law 450 on vector transport.
2. Optional Insured Shipping, refunds the full amount paid for the item.
It’s possible (if needed) to insure the shipment on the value of the goods. In case of damage we will reimburse the total amount paid for the purchase It’s a recommended modality in cases of expensive items. In this case the damaged goods will necessarily be returned.
If a damaged object is delivered, the customer will necessarily have to file claim with the waybill exhibited by courier. Otherwise it will not be possible to advance claims for damages.
It’s the full responsibility of the buyer to control the goods before withdrawal.
If the courier does not allow such operations, our advice in this case is to sign with reserve, indicating that you have been prevented from carrying out checks.

The Legal Origin Certificate
The Legal Origin Certificate is a private document certifying that the good that I'm buying is legitimate and has safe sources, that has not been stolen and that is passing the property.
The document will contain all the following informations for the safety of our customer:
- seller's contact details (Di Mano in Mano);
- data of the buyer (Customer);
- description of the goods purchased;
- references;
- internal code of the product;
- product photos.
With this document we specify who was the owner and who will be the future owner.
With this document, the customer can be sure that if in the future, questions arise over legal origin thereof, Di Mano in Mano accepts the responsibility of freeing the client from any legal action to defend the legality of the property.
The Certificate of Authenticity
The Certificate of Authenticity is a document, issued only by an Expert registered with the Italian surveyors and recognized by the Milan Court that certifies the authenticity, the origin and history.
On the document will be mentioned the following informations:
- the object name;
- description of the product;
- stamp and signature of the Expert;
- product photos.
Authentic
The Authenticity is a document, released exclusively by Di Mano in Mano attesting the data of the art work.
The document will contain the following informations:
- the Author's name;
- the artistic technique used;
- the work art dimensions;
- the possible number of exemplary;
- product photos.
